It's been a busy, merry month for this little one! We spent Thanksgiving week with Bobby's family in New Jersey where L enjoyed being passed around and loved on. While we were there we spent an afternoon in the Poconos and took a day trip to NYC. We took the gals to a resort in the mountains to play in the blown snow. Violet was over the moon and played with her daddy until her hands nearly froze, but Lily much preferred cuddles in my warm coat. Both babes were amazing in the city; Violet (even after some car sickness) enjoyed the Botanical Garden's Train Show with her Graham-parents, and Lily snoozed all day long in her snow suit and Bjorn. It was a great trip, and L was angel on her first flying experience.

This month she took her first bath with V, started rolling back to front, and discovered her tasty little hands. She's been teething like crazy and has what I call "altitude disorder" where she wants to be carried around all the live-long day. My back may be sore, but my heart is happy. She loves all the eye contact, even over Facetime with her grands, and has started really focusing on the TV when its on (whereas V has never been a big fan).

I love watching her personality really come to life, but man-oh-man is time a thief! I'm so excited for her first Christmas, these little teeth to cut through and stop causing such grief, and to hear her first belly laugh. But if I could pause my life in this cold and dreary, jammies-all-day, movie watching, cocoa drinking week with my girlies for the rest of my life, I think I would.
